1969

Founded under the name Bohmter Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG in Bad Esse.
Acquisition of the first series from Claas Recycling Systems.

1986

Acquisition of the company by HATLAPA Uetersener Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG and incorporation into the HATLAPA Group.

1996

Joachim Lüdemann takes over the Crushing Technology division and founds bomatic Umwelt- und Verfahrenstecnik GmbH.
Further development of machines with respect to robustness and dust tightness.

2001

Development of the Unicrex granulator range.
Construction of the prototype Unicrex U1200.

2002

Start of series production of the Unicrex U1700 and Unicrex U2100.

2003

Move from Quickborn to Ellerau and construction of a dedicated assembly shop.

2008

Opening of Workshop II with in-house paint shop.
